“Ordered two rolls of paper which were out of stock, but had email to inform me I could cancel, I decided to keep my order and it was delivered a week later. Great correspondence with updates, so will definitely use this company again .”

“Good quality cushions. Pattern aligned when placed beside each other, and finish is excellent. For bespoke Sanderson fabric cushions, represent good value for money. Took a while to arrive, but to be expected in current climate and were worth the wait. Were very securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Would recommend and will use again.”

“Having ordered wallpaper online before (from a different company) I was expecting to wait 7-10 days for it to arrive. I ordered on 24th August and it arrived on 27th August. Take into account that it was shipped in from Sweden, I think that is excellent. Nearly forgot to mention; the paper is up, was very easy to hang (paste the wall), and it looks great.”

“excellent staff and wallpapers of course. I have reported difficulty accessing the contact telephone number. The ordering template could do with the addition of a free speech box for in my case asking for a certain batch number. I will buy again”

“Although they initially didn't have the wallpaper in stock (but still advertising it!), we did wait and it was delivered the same day as it came into stock, so all ended well”

“Obtaining the fabric we required was plagued with problems -- none of them the fault of Jane Clayton, whose staff astonished us by the enormous efforts they made to help, counsel and, in the end, fulfil our order. Indeed, I'd go so far as to say that I have never dealt with a company that has done so much to assist a customer -- one whose order must scarcely have been worth the time and trouble your staff took. I say, bravo! May you prosper (and continue in future as you have in the past) -- an example to others. Thank you. Adam and Jane”
