“Bought 2 rolls of wallpaper, one was defective but promptly substituted. Delivery of the second roll was fast enough but no other gestures of apology for the inconvenience. I wasn’t expecting anything in particular, but even if it was a 5£ voucher which wouldn’t be enough to buy anything at all, but would have been nice as an apology for the inconvenience caused. It’s not obviously a very serious or angry complaint, just a suggestion for costumer care :)”

“I have been buying fabric from Jane Clayton for over 3 years now and what a wonderful genuine company to deal with. All the goods I have bought have been of excellent quality and at an excellent price. They have an incredible selection of fabrics etc. Their Customer Service is second to none; and they are a credit to the company and to be proud of. I have always been treat with courtesy, given correct and good advice and any help I have needed has never been too much trouble for them and they have been extremely helpful. They truly are the best! 5 Stars most definitely!”

“Super pleased with my Sandersons wallpaper. Just my style...and plenty of choice. The 20% discount was the icing on the cake. Free samples on offer too. Seriously impressed with ease of ordering also felt confident customer service support would be efficient and effective. Very nice feel to the whole process.”

“Beautiful curtain, good, polite initial service but had to wait a very long time for manufacture without any information after payment, had to chase the service dept for an update. I went to Jane Clayton for exceptional service in difficult times.. left a bit lacking.”
