“Jane Clayton UK had been wonderful to work with from the beginning. I am in the US and the fabric I wanted was only available through Jane Clayton UK. They accommodated my request and allowed me to order from the UK site. Then I needed more fabric than they had in stock, but the supplier kept pushing the date as to when it would be available. Jane Clayton kept me apprised of every change and helped me figure out a plan. The fabric just arrived today after many months, and I am thrilled (and so relieved!!). Thank you!!”

“Delivery driver couldn't find our address and left us high and dry as we arranged the decorator for the next day after we received the delivery notification. Contacted customer service who in turn contacted the delivery company and sorted our delivery. Well done!”

“I ordered a batch of wallpaper samples (William Morris) prior to purchasing several rolls for decorating the bedroom, they arrived next day and I have chosen One so will be placing the order in the next few weeks. The service was very prompt and nicely presented in a folder, I was very pleased.”
