“Excellent communication from your company. I received several e mails, when the fabric I ordered was going to be delayed, keeping me up to date and offering me my money back, which I was happy to wait for the fabric. When it arrived it was carefully packaged so the fabric was well protected and it is perfect. The fabric is absolutely gorgeous, so thank you so much.”

“I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Jane Clayton. As soon as I’d placed the order I had an email from an associate to explain that the wallpaper would not be sent out as quickly as they’d hoped due to supplier issues. They gave me the chance to have a full refund and were very apologetic. I decided to wait and was pleasantly surprised when my wallpapers arrived well before they’d estimated. Love the wallpaper too!”

“Cannot recommend this company as had a very bad experience with them recently. Spent nearly £450 on wallpapers which were upwards of £70 a roll - upon completing our decorating, we found out that we had ordered one roll too many. Upon enquiring about returning the unused roll in order to obtain a refund or credit, they refused and referred us to their t&c’s. Started claiming it’s a bespoke product, which is a load of garbage!!! Terrible customer service and complete lack of understanding or sympathy.”
