“Ordered two wallpaper samples and waited four weeks to be told one wasn’t available. Told other one has been despatched but that was a week ago and has not arrived. What a waste of time.”

“I bought some wallpaper earlier this year for an en-suite bathroom which is part of a refurbishment project and it looked absolutely lovely. A few weeks later while tiling said en-suite a blank was blown off a pipe in the shower and soaked the whole room. I have again purchased the wallpaper and the room will have to be re-papered.”

“I ordered material from Jane Clayton during lockdown in July, it was extremely delayed due to the covid outbreak but was definitely worth the extra waiting time, I was always kept up to date with the progress of my order and the company was contactable throughout, very very satisfied with super customer service!...The Ashley Wilde material looks stunning on my retro wicker sofa in the summer house!!!!”

“I would give 5 stars, if Jane Clayton did not use UPS as courier. More often than not the UPS drivers cannot be bothered to ring my doorbell and enter the lift to 5.th. floor. The worst shipping company on the planet. I pay Jane Clayton for delivery. Jane Clayton presumably pays UPS. And UPS just doesn't care.”

“We have recently purchased wallpaper and paste from Jane Clayton and the service was excellent. Everything arrived as planned and was really well packaged. Having moved into a new house we have plans to decorate a number of rooms and will definitely use this company again without hesitation.”
