“I ordered some upholstery velvet from Jane Clayton & Company which they price matched against another online retailer. This worked out to a good discount which gave Jane Clayton & Company full marks in my book. The fabric wasn’t immediately available as they were awaiting stock from their supplier. This wasn’t a problem for me as the fabric is absolutely gorgeous & I was willing to wait. Communication throughout was excellent with constant updates from Jodie who was very friendly & helpful. I received my fabric a few days ago & I’m extremely happy. A big thank you to Jane Clayton & Company.”

“A lovely service, lovely polite staff and the material we received for our curtains a teal polyester velour was lovely quality at an affordable price. Will always use this company for future material orders. First class service and quick postal service too so a sky full of stars to Jane Clayton company 😀”

“The speedy, friendly and proactive response to a) a credit card payment challenge and b) a supplier delivery challenge. Myfi and her colleagues helped us through these tiny problems very efficiently leaving us with a smile instead of a frown. Thank you!🙏”

“Finished product looks good but the only way I could get contrasting piping was to order them to be made with piping cord which added about £50 to the cost of 2 small cushions. They also took about 6 weeks to turn up. The customer services people were very helpful however and they tried their hardest to speed the order along.”

“I have had several blinds and cushions made from JC and the quality has been excellent. I most recently bought a blind that is of exquisite quality. We waited longer than expected for this to be made and delivered. We are very happy with its function and it looks great!”

“I have wanted a particular Orla kiely rug for a while. I didn't feel secure ordering from other sites online with the wait time. So I rang Jane Clayton. As always they were really helpful. Jane Clayton kept me informed with updates as to when I could expect my purchase. I have used this company before & the service is second to none. They are also extremely friendly when you ring them up. Nothing is ever a problem. Thank you for such fantastic customer service.”
