“I received the incorrect wallpaper but the team at Jane Clayton sorted it out and the correct paper arrived very soon after ( not their original error as picked out wrong by supplier ) I cannot fault this company and have since ordered fabric samples too!”

“I’m writing a review of the excellent customer service that I received from Jane Clayton. There was a glitch with my email and ordering information. I emailed customer service and Aimee immediately responded and sorted out my issue. My fabric has been delivered and I’m very happy.”

“Ordered after the specified cut-off time, and still received next day (which was a Saturday, too). Impressive service, thank you. Note - courier did deliver to incorrect address, but fortunately I have honest neighbours or could have been a very different review, but fully aware this is no fault of J&C.”
