“Product was fine but a problem re delivery. I telephoned to ask about delivery and whether I could collect my paper from Farrow and Ball as my decorator was already in the house waiting. I explained how urgent it was. It took several phone calls from me before I could get answers. One problem was Farrow and Ball were initially contacted by email and not telephoned as I asked. Initially I was told there would be a delay because Farrow and Ball were behind with production because of bank holiday delays. The paper did however arrive on the 7th working day and I wasn't able to collect the goods. The paper was in good condition fortunately but the box was wet in one corner.”

“I received my Kinabalu wallpaper for my hall within a few days and well packaged. My decorator has used it to decorate the hall, stairs and landing and said that it was excellent quality, hung well and was easy to work with. I have a large hall area and a long drop from the first floor ceiling into the hall and this paper looks absolutely stunning. Even my decorator was impressed and that takes some doing! The elephant pattern is a large one and I suspect it may look too much in a small room but I am thrilled with the results and couldn't be happier. Not a cheap paper but absolutely worth the cost. I over ordered so have four unused rolls to return. I hope this site refunds without quibble on these untouched, unwrapped rolls.”

“I ordered a sample of a Coles wallpaper on behalf of someone else and very imprressed with the sample presentaion. The wallpaper is perfect for the job in hand & the indication two sets will be ordered very soon, while the current price is making it affordable.”
