Absolutely fabulous blind - easy to fit and looks lovely. The quality is great, just took a little be longer than expected to arrive but was worth the wait.

My samples took a lot longer than they should have and I ordered my paper blind but staff were very helpful in making sure my order arrived in time for my decorator arriving. Thank you Louise

There was a long delivery time but the curtains are well made and look lovely. BUT they came without hooks - I tried to contact by phone but only answerphone available. Gave up and had to order from Amazon for next day delivery

I have previously ordered wallpaper from Jane Clayton. Always a very prompt service (pretty well by return) and the selection quite extraordinary. Now its my first port of call. This time I ordered a made to measure Roman Blind. It has recently arrived and is absolutely beautifully made. Perfect. However the timetable was far from that promised. A delay in accepting my order/payment. Approx 5 days. Which meant I joined the "making queue" late!! I was warned up to 8 weeks to manufacture. At 8 weeks no news/no contact from them so I chased. Received an apologetic email back but it was still another 2 and a half weeks before I was alerted to despatch. So from placing order to delivery it was over 3 calendar months. Of course WFH was blamed for the issues. But not good enough - we are told working from home is making companies more efficient. NOT in my experience.

I always use JC for my wallpaper orders. This time, however, I paid extra for a large sample and after a month had still not received it. I called to chase and spoke to someone very apologetic who said they'd request another one to be sent out. It never arrived either!! In the end I requested a refund for the sample and just had to risk buying the wallpaper without seeing a sample. Thankfully it is perfect for my needs, just a shame to have had the hassle with the samples which delayed my process quite significantly.

Your website is clear and user friendly. Very pleased with fabric and prompt delivery. My only negative is that via the telephone I was told the fabric was out of stock, which was incorrect, so I am pleased I ignored this and ordered online. Thanks

Excellent service and excellent quality curtains. Lots of fabric choice on the website and the calculator for working out curtain size and cost is invaluable. Have used Jane Clayton in the past and will continue to do so.

Wallpaper was several shades darker than images on website and after receiving a sample I had to come to terms with the different overall look I wanted. Purchased the paper and job completed, however the difference in colour has now meant I will need to consider changing some dining room furniture (dark wood) to something lighter. Service however was excellent and delivery earlier than expected so job completed a few days early.

Fast and efficient but cost of same wall paper ordered at different times varies considerably, by up to £20 a roll !

I ordered a sample a couple of times but due to delays receiving it, I ordered the wallpaper anyway. While great quality, it wasn't for me and the team have been helpful in helping me return it quickly.

Their supplier sent the wrong wallpaper but Jane Clayton rectified the fault in a very quick and friendly manner.

Fabric arrived eventually (post-Brexit) but with clear advice on the delay, in good condition & looks amazing.

I would have given a 5 star review if there had at least been some communication about my order at some point before delivery , I had to email them and then got a response and the delivery just turned up with no warning at all , then I I got an email saying it’s on its way when it had already been delivered and fortunately I was in and able to take delivery .

Great product, well packaged and really good quality, would have given 5 stars but it took longer than stated to arrive although when I emailed to ask where it was they were very prompt in telling me it was a delay due to Europe and Brexit so overall very happy with service and great price

Sample delivery very slow. I ordered them during the sale but it was over by the time they arrived. Poor service wHen I ordered curtains in a fabric that was out of stock. Why let customers order samples and place orders that you can’t supply? It would be helpful if the website showed how much was in stock - other websites can. On the plus side all the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful and my new curtains are lovely.

I ordered a washable rug - which I really love. I had expected a flatweave type but it's actually beautifully soft and gorgeous colours and pattern. My only small criticism was that I couldn't find at all easily how long I should expect from order to delivery, so was hoping it wouldn't be months like some other companies. It took about 3 weeks but I still would have liked that info more evident at time of ordering. I still would have ordered this rug if I'd had to wait longer as it's better than I had hoped or seen elsewhere.
