“Good service. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars is that website was misleading re delivery times between Christmas and new year and didn’t explain supplier was shut down. All else good abs explained when I phoned to chase”

“Delivery promised 3-5 working days. Ordered the Sunday. Paste delivered on the Tuesday. Excellent. Wallpaper following Monday afternoon which was frustrating. Good price though.”

“Samples ordered were received quickly. Slight delay in delivery when ordering rolls as facilitator was apparently busy. No real problem and was kept up to date with the situation by email.”

“The products were great. Well packaged and especially happy with the discount. The only thing was the UPS tracking didn't update to let me know when the wallpaper was being delivered. Which was a little annoying especially as the order was arriving on two separate days. I know this is more of a courier issue but perhaps something can be done about this?”

“Ordered the wallpaper on a Sunday it arrived 8 days later on the Monday. Unfortunately we had 2 different batches and 2 of the rolls were a slightly shade. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to send them back as we were going on holiday. Good quality paper though.”

“Delighted with telephone assistance and purchase. Disappointed that the delivery company left a very expensive roll of fabric on the doorstep although a note was left about where a signature was awaiting (next door). Luckily all was well...”

“Dear Jane Clayton ! We were afraid to buy something in GB (because of brexit to come and all this sort of things...).
