“The wallpaper I received was fine but the CS wasn't. Within days of ordering I got an email to say my chosed wallpaper was reduced in the sale. So, since my order hadn't been dispatched, I emailed JC asking them to cancel the order. Then, I ordered it at the cheaper sale price. JC contacted me several days after this to say the order had been shipped and it couldn't be cancelled. Rather than just give me a good will partial refund, they then sent the second order and asked that I return one. This I did at a cost of over £7. Utterly ridiculous and a complete waste of my time and money. No, i wouldn't use them again.”
