“Ordered and paid for delivery of a sample which we liked. We then ordered the same as wallpaper only to find the colour way had been discontinued. Had to request a refund which did not include the sample cost and postage. Company website needs to be updated regularly.”

“The products are beautiful however the small size of the sample doesn't allow me to make a decision on the suitability of the wallpaper. It was insufficient to show the pattern repeat and not large enough to appreciate how light changes the colour of the paper. I would have purchased but unfortunately not prepared to make a decision based on the sample size sent.”

“I spoke to your office regarding an order that I wanted to place for wallpaper as I needed it quickly. The very pleasant and efficient person actually phoned through to the supplier to check when it would be available so I placed the order and it arrived within 2 days as promised. Very impressed with the customer service and the whole process.”

“The samples did not really show much of the pattern being only A4. Very difficult to make a decision when you can only see a tiny bit of the pattern. I was looking to buy the wide width wallpaper to get a bigger pattern so A4 did not show much at all. Good quality paper”
