“My order was dispatched very quickly and the products arrived well wrapped and in good order. The only slight niggle I would have is the colour variant in the oak strips that make up the hand rail is more than I would like but it is too expensive to return for another.”

“I was initially interested to use your bespoke service as I had a recommendation from my joiner Molly wasn't able to help. Kim offered a service for wood only which isn't what I'm after I noticed that your showroom offered steel and glass which was what I thought you could offer? Bit disappointed 😞”

“Excellent service. A hardwood handrail I ordered arrived damaged but a replacement was very quickly delivered and the original collected at the same time, all at no extra charge. Highly recommended.”
