Would have been 5 stars but the delivery company let you down, as they left over £700 worth of materials out the front of my house & marked it down as signed for, nobody was in for the delivery but we did put in the comments that if the delivery would ring our number given 1 hour roughly before delivery then someone would be there to take it in.”

“Very happy! The ordering process was very simple and my items were delivered when stated. I was a little unhappy about the delivery charge, but accepted that some of the items were very long, so it was not a normal courier delivery. Jackson's, however, excelled when it came to packing the goods. It was exceptionally well packed, so everything arrived without any damage whatsoever. Thanks very much Jackson's, very happy with the products and service!”

“Joanne and Molly very helpful and first delivery was really fast, although there was a hick-up with delivery of a 2nd order that arrived too late for my carpenter to complete the work for several weeks. However on the whole quick delivery and delighted with the quality of goods ordered.”
