“After ordering and receiving a newel cap which I have to say was great. I ordered a further one and in 3 months have had no reply. I wrote 2 emails and requested to be informed when they are available, still no reply.”

“Good product range, user-friendly website and prompt delivery after order. The packaging of the items was first class so they arrived in perfect condition. Good communication throughout this transaction. I ordered two oak base rails to refurbish my staircase and they appear good quality and a good colour match. Unfortunately, I haven't found the time to fit them yet!”
