“I’ve dealt with Jackson’s woodturners very recently and also on a number occasions over the past couple of years . They have a good selection of choice and stock and are very efficient and helpful. They’ve recently managed to source and supply me with items they currently don’t stock to satisfy one of my customers needs. Personally I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Was looking for a white wooden handrail and Jackson Woodturners were the only one who were able to supply. The transaction was really quick and simple. I needed a single additional bracket and spoke to Kim on the phone who was really helpful and got everything added to the order. She even was prepared to change the delivery to get it there quicker, however decided to leave it as it was due to a prior engagement. Although the cost to get it delivered was rather steep (£24 - but probably more to do with the courier than the company itself) when it did arrive, the handrail was well packaged using really tough cardboard tubing, tape, cable ties and the pole inside was even wrapped in several layers of bubblewrap. The carpenter who installed it said it was one of the best pacakagings they'd seen. It looks great now it's up - I wasn't sure whether getting the chrome endings would be worth it, but now they're there it looks fab!”

“was searching for the same pattern spindle to replace 5 dog chewed old ones but the issue was the pattern was 20+ years old. Found a match with Jackson Woodturners and placed an order. They came quickly and were a perfect match to the existing spindles so very happy”

“Really nice oak edging, minor damage to one piece but it was towards the end of the plank. It’s not cheap but nothing is these days. Very fast delivery, but the carrier is useless. Left it a neighbour’s house and put no card through to let us know??”
