“Quite happy with the product. Would have scored five stars but for the delivery time. During check out you select a delivery date but the shortest time is TEN DAYS.”

“Good service and staff. Products are misleading and of variable quality. After sending over £1500 they had no solution to be problem except return the product which is a pain.”

In relation to the product quality, we pride ourself on good quality products. However, from your feedback I am unable to assess what was not acceptable. In all cases where the product is faulty, we would offer a replacement the very next day. So please call us should you use us again in the future if you do find that you are unhappy with a product, and we will do utmost to resolve the situation for you.
