“I have used Jacksons Woodturners on a number of occations they are very professional & the service is always reliable. However I do find the delivery service not so good as I always make a note to leave out of sight by my workshop but the driver chosses to ignor this or has not been told to & leaves it on my drive in full view of the busy road!”

“We are really happy with our stair rail. It was quick to order, delivered on time and we were able to install it on the same day. It looks fab.”

“Incorrect coloured stair parts were sent and unfortunately fitted by my carpenter before being detected by me. The colour change was subtle but meant the stair parts looked more gold instead of nickel (possible batch issue). They should never have been sent in first place since they were sent alongside other nickel plated stair parts that were correct. I would have had to pay my carpenter again to remove the parts and for them to be despatched and so instead asked JW to possibly compensate me in another way however all they offered was a free delivery”

“I purchased two soft wood hand rails when they were delivered the packaging was in perfect condition so I accepted delivery. It was two days before I unwrapped the hand rails to find both were damaged I filled the damage as I was painting the timber. Was disappointed with the fact they must have been damaged before packing and shipping. Not what I would have expected for the price paid.”

“Ordered 32 primed turned spindles. Delivery received on the day promised. Quality of the finish was excellent, smooth with no signs of knots. Would have given 5* but every spindle had a sticky barcode label on it which took a long time to remove from the pristine painted surface of each one.”
