“Good price & delivered when they said. Few damages on delivery but putting that down to courier as it was well packaged. Decent quality products but slight bows on longer lengths. Few factory gouges in handrails & newels & some primer runs which added a few hours extra of prep work prior to painting but all round, good experience”

“Overall good but the the couriers let you down by being a day late and costing me time I won’t get back. The oak spindles were slightly to big or the housing in the rails were too small. Either way, a leading edge had to be put on the the top and bottom of each spindle! Not the end of the world but again, it cost me time!”

“Good website - easy to order. Had a call from Jacksons to correct an incompatible part in the order (my bad). Stair parts arrived with decent packaging. All in all a good experience - (I reserve 5 stars for exceptional)”

“Stair parts were excellent, and Jackson Woodturners were helpful and courteous but were let down by poor delivery by couriers. Also unimpressed that the courier is one of the few to class Aberdeen city AB14 as Highlands and Islands causing delivery costs to Double £30 to £60.”
