Products very good quality, our primed spindles were very well covered and almost could get away with not painting them. Quick delivery, my only quibble is packaging. One spindle box was badly damaged, we didn’t report it as we had ordered a few extra spindles so the damaged ones we didn’t need and we were in a rush to fit the bannisters. They could be protected by a thin wooden board layer under the cardboard, as couriers are never careful with their loads and this would reduce damages. Also little chips throughout the primes spindles, so maybe look at wrapping each spindle in the tissue sheets not just a few throughout the boxes. Can’t fault the products in terms of quality though, we’ve had lots of compliments on the new bannisters. Would use this company again.
