“Recently bought an oak mopstick handrail with brushed nickel brackets and end caps.Delighted with the look, feel and quality of it. Had an issue initially with TNT on delivery (not Jacksons fault ), but Jacksons really helpful at fixing the problem quickly. I would recommend and use Jacksons again when required.”

“I wanted to create a ballet barre without the cost of going to bespoke dance companies. Jacksons had the perfect combination of materials, fast delivery on the day stated and I have created something beautiful at a quarter of the cost. Very pleased!”

“Luke offered helpful advice before ordering. Delivery was on date selected and all items were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. Prices were some of the best on the internet as was the range of products. White oak pellets are currently out of stock and will be posted to me when they are in stock which is expected to be in the next few weeks.”

“Website wise could not really fault, although personal service when calling to ask a number of simple questions the staff were a little cold. Being an interior designer staircases are bit like light fittings either really expensive or fairly cheap with not much in the middle and trying to think out the box to achieve the right perceived value means you need to ask questions so a helpful team is imperative.”

“I ordered 2 white oak hand rails & a base rail. The whole order was received just over a week later. The quality was superb & much cheaper than those available from large retail outlets such as B & Q. I would definately recommend using Jacksons!”

“The service I received was excellent and the quality of the goods was also excellent. In my opinion one or two items need some improvement though, they are: 1. The on-line catalogue, Although very informative needs to be revised so that it is easier to use. For instance I wanted to purchase a selection of items for a handrail (The cottage loaf range) but it was a little difficult in that the handrail was located in one section and associated items i.e. up/down ramps etc. in another. there does not appear to be any logic in the layout which causes a lot of time being needed to make up a list of requirements. 2. The registration and payment section is just not user friendly and is confusing. I suggest that it needs revision. Other than that the staff were very helpful when I telephoned for guidance.”
