“The product was good the customer service was not good. The guy on the end of the phone was happy that he could get on their web site so why should I be ringing to tell him I had a problem. He didn't even ask basic questions sich as what operating system I was using.”

We are very sorry that you had difficulties ordering with us. As we did try to explain over the phone, there were no problems with the website at the time of the call.
