“Ordered a modern oak handrail and newel caps for our stair case renovation. Was the cheapest around and such a good quality. Delivered on time. Contacted customer service to add on matching screw button covers for the newel posts and was done no trouble. Really pleased and have already recommended. Finished handrail with Treatex Hardwax oil clear which gives a warmer tone to the oak as per photo.”

“Very pleased with the products and service we received from Jackson woodturners. Ordered a bannister set with glass panels and unfortunately 1 pane of glass arrived broken but this was promptly dealt with and the replacement arrived the next day. Really enhances our hallway. Many thanks for the excellent service we received.”

“Ordered chrome 8mm glass brackets for my new balustrade on a Tuesday, they arrived Thursday lunchtime. Excellent quality and service, thanks to Hannah who was very efficient and competent. Would definitely use this company again.”
