“It did not feel good to be classed and chaged with delivery to the Highlands and Islands as Perth city centre is only one hour north of Edinburgh and is not in the Highlands. The product was split into two packages. One arrived on schedule and the other was a day late late. The product itself is good.”

“I originally ordered through Amazon but my purchase was incorrect, I contacted the company direct and Kim was extremely helpful. I received my new order in 2 days. Yet again Kim came to my aid regarding my refund. Great service.”

“The only place I could find everything I wanted for one job. All items were very reasonably priced and got cheaper the more you wanted. Great package deals also. Arrived on the day I ordered it for a specific job and came excellently packaged with not a sign of damage. Would definitely use these people again.”

“What an amazing company! Nothing is too much trouble! I placed a order but chose delivery a few months away. Forgot to add 1 part to the order so spoke to Kim-Marie over their chat facility to add the extra part. I had to call the sales dept. to order over the phone and this was dealt fast and efficiently. We then found out our joiner had a cancellation so could fit us in sooner so I contacted Jacksons via the chat facility and spoke to Kim-Marie again to see if we could bring the delivery forward. This wasn't a problem at all for them. I was given a date for the following week and the order arrived on time. The packaging was second to none! All items were super protected!! The quality and consistency of the items in the order were all spot on too. Their chosen delivery company are also very good! Thanks heaps Jacksons!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😁🤩”
