Good Morning Andrew, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I can only see 1 order for you which was placed online and to this end, we have no input into the delivery date as it is something that you would choose on line yourself. It may be worth calling us if you would like to discuss this matter further as I cannot see another order for you that may have been sent to someone else in error. I would be more than happy to chat so that we can get a solution for you. Kind regards, Joanne
