“I am so impressed with the customer service and efficiency of the staff, I had an order that wasn’t standard, as I was struggling to get what I needed, I sent a chat last night enquiring about it (not actually expecting a positive response) and Molly from their office messaged me first thing when the office opened, she dealt with my request, placed an order over the phone for me and took payment.
