“I bought a handrail and baserail direct from the Jackson Woodturners website as well as 21x Fusion Chrome Staircase Balusters and 2x Chrome Newel Caps from them via Amazon. As well as the products being exactly what I was looking for the customer service was superb. They phoned me to tell me I had ordered the wrong size handrail, talked me through the options, updated my order accordingly and processed the refund I was due. I would use them again without any hesitation and recommend them to anyone.”

“Great quality products. Ordered an oak base rail, oak handrail with end caps and stair spindles, as well as 2 newel posts and a half newel post. From initial order through to payment, delivery was so easy and delivery was a date you preferred. Fantastic, the product arrived and has now been fitted, it looks amazing, So has the whole experience. Will deffinately recommend and use again if needed. Pricing very competitive as well.”

“I have just finished fitting new Newel Posts, Base Rail, Hand Rail & Spindles to our old stairs & they have completely transformed the hallway & stairs. All the parts were ordered online via the Jackson Woodturners website, ordering online can often be a concern but I needn't have worried, the quality of the finish is excellent and the delivery of the parts was on the day promised at my request.
