Good mornig Stephen, I am sorry that you were unhappy to have spoken to more than one staff member. We do have 3 staff working within the sales department and if your original operator is off or with another customer we like to think that all our opertaors can pick up from where a colleague left off. “I had problems with the delivery of the items by your courier. They left part of the order in Rotherham depot. The part that was needed first! 5 out of 6 items were delivered on time. The missing part was in Bury depot at 2:00 am the following day but the courier did not deliver that day. It's was delivered the day after that. The inconvenience was having to wait in on three days not being able to continue with work elsewhere. I called yourselves and DX and no one was able to advise when it would arrive. Useless! I appreciate that you have no control over the delivery and I'm happy with everything else but wasted time costs me.”
