“Good service and staff. Products are misleading and of variable quality. After sending over £1500 they had no solution to be problem except return the product which is a pain.”

In relation to the product quality, we pride ourself on good quality products. However, from your feedback I am unable to assess what was not acceptable. In all cases where the product is faulty, we would offer a replacement the very next day. So please call us should you use us again in the future if you do find that you are unhappy with a product, and we will do utmost to resolve the situation for you.

“Was looking for a white wooden handrail and Jackson Woodturners were the only one who were able to supply. The transaction was really quick and simple. I needed a single additional bracket and spoke to Kim on the phone who was really helpful and got everything added to the order. She even was prepared to change the delivery to get it there quicker, however decided to leave it as it was due to a prior engagement. Although the cost to get it delivered was rather steep (£24 - but probably more to do with the courier than the company itself) when it did arrive, the handrail was well packaged using really tough cardboard tubing, tape, cable ties and the pole inside was even wrapped in several layers of bubblewrap. The carpenter who installed it said it was one of the best pacakagings they'd seen. It looks great now it's up - I wasn't sure whether getting the chrome endings would be worth it, but now they're there it looks fab!”
