Good morning Cliff, I am very happy to hear that you are pleased with Jackson Woodturners. Unfortunately we are tied with the couriers and have to rely that they will deliver on time. They do, occasionally suffer delays and issues I am sorry that you were on the receiving end of this. I hope this will not stop you from returning for Jacksons in the future.

“I’d been looking to replace a missing stair spindle for a while but was having no luck finding a match for the existing spindles. I found Jackson Woodturners via Google search and found what looked to be a perfect match. The spindle arrived very well packaged in a reasonable time frame, and I received delivery updates letting me know when to expect it. After cutting down to size, the spindle fits perfectly with the others. Happy to recommend Jackson Woodturners and would use again myself.”

“I had an issue with delivery of my items from Jackson Woodturner. The fault was of the courier service but Jackson woodturners were quick to resolve the issue thanks to their quick and easy way of contacting them. Products delivered were really good quality and a fraction of the price at DIY stores. I would recommend this company for any joinery.”
