“I am very pleased with the items for our balustrade. I ordered ten days before Christmas and was concerned that delivery would not occur before, as we had a carpenter booked for just after Christmas. Holly was helpful while I was deciding what was needed and the delivery occurred as advised. The product was of high quality and a competative price. It was a replacement for a 70s 'ranch' style, that I did not like and would allow”

“The hardwood pig's ear handrail arrived on time securely packed and was exactly as described. I finished it with beeswax and it colour matches the existing bannister handrail on the opposite side of the stairs. Very pleased with product and delivery.”

“Excellent spindles, easy to order items from your website. The only downside to the whole service was the delivery. I had an email confirming my chosen day of delivery and on that day I was tracking it's progress but suddenly it stopped a couple of calls before mine. I emailed your chosen courier but they never replied with an explanation. My order was delivered the following day. The driver could not give me an explanation what had happened the previous day.”
