“Everything you need but if you just want a single item you are crippled by delivery charge which makes you want to go elsewhere along with the fact that VAT is not shown until checkout so the price goes up considerably again making you look elsewhere.”

Our prices are shown on the website with VAT applied. We offer a sliding scale on our postage charge which can be view on the website prior to ordering and is automatically applied when you go to your basket, before you checkout. “I messed up my initial order, not ordering enough spindles and brackets, so needed extra ones quite quickly so the builders could finish the job. When I called, the ladies could not have been more helpful, arranging a delivery for Monday (today is Thursday). My original order of handrails, base rails and newel posts arrived quickly and safely, being well packaged and there was no damage. I cannot rate this company highly enough, they’re great, and would have now hesitation in recommending them.”
