“I would give 5 stars for value, ease of ordering and delivery. However out of 33 spindles 5 were either warped, dented or split. Thankfully I had ordered surplus so the job wasn't delayed.”

Good Morning, I am very pleased that you are happy with the ease of ordering, value and delivery. I do thank you for that feedback. In relation to the spindles, I am sorry to hear that 5 of them arrived damaged. We are always more than happy to either replace any damaged items or refund you. It seems that you have already completed the job so if you would like to send me a picture of the damaged spindles by e mail, I will be more than happy to refund you for the damaged items. I look forward to hearing back from you with the pictures.

“Items delivered damaged, but due to the much emblazoned cop out of signing the delivery note as damaged I could not return the damaged items taken in by my neighbour. Unnecessary sharp legal practice. I would recommend the company but with a warning of the cop out.”
