“The pigs ear handrail does not include any fixings. The invoice was not received online until the day of receiving the handrail, which I would have preferred receiving at the time of ordering. I was not able to track the item which meant I had to rely on the delivery date given at time of ordering. These points are mentioned so you can improve your modus operandii.”

“Wrong item sent I ordered white and got cream but I obviously had to open it to look at it and it says on your return policy you won’t accept returns if opened and also I have to pay for postage. My items were £10 I would actually lose money to return. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t order from you again.”
