“Good price & delivered when they said. Few damages on delivery but putting that down to courier as it was well packaged. Decent quality products but slight bows on longer lengths. Few factory gouges in handrails & newels & some primer runs which added a few hours extra of prep work prior to painting but all round, good experience”

“Overall good but the the couriers let you down by being a day late and costing me time I won’t get back. The oak spindles were slightly to big or the housing in the rails were too small. Either way, a leading edge had to be put on the the top and bottom of each spindle! Not the end of the world but again, it cost me time!”
