“Great quality product and packaged well but not impressed that the delivery/courier did not ring the doorbell and goods were left on the front doorstep leaving my wife having to get a neighbour to carry the goods indoors as too heavy for her to lift. The goods could have so easily been stolen.”

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the courier service and that your wife was left to carry the heavy goods indoors.
