“If all suppliers who operate an online service, backed up by personal advisors, as efficiently as Jackson’s, then the world would be a happier place. I planned my balustrade upgrade project using Jackson’s specifications and products. Where I was unsure of certain product detail I was effectively advised via their chat line; thank you. At the point of finally placing the order I sought last minute advice by phone chat; again very helpful staff. After placing my order I had a change of mind on certain items having slept on it! A call the following morning quickly resolved the matter with immediate amendment to invoice. The despatch, tracking and delivery were bang on time. My complete order arrived in one delivery and all items were received in first class condition; they’d been very carefully package to protect. Thank you Jackson’s and all your helpful staff. I would highly recommend you to anyone embarking on a staircase project.”
