“The handrail and brackets although shipped in time and a good condition. The screws supplied are pathetic and therefore the handrail cannot be secured properly”

“Ordered two glass panels on the Friday [late] and had a call to say they could not deliver on the Monday, but would do so on Tuesday. Goods duly arrived and were very well packed. I intend to order more items from this company when I'm ready to complete my stair/landing project.”

“Unsurprising perhaps but I've never ordered a staircase online - but I took the plunge with Barley Twist spindles and Newel Post in pine ( all to be painted) and an Oak Handrail. It arrived two days later and the quality is superb. Our builder/joiner's comment on seeing the post was " it looks like a £1000 job" - it was just £42.99.”
