“Fitted the material today and all was of decent quality, the only issue I found was the poor quality of screw in the mopstick handrail brackets Will definatly be using you again”

“The company was recommended by our joiner. We ordered parts for a new staircase. These were delivered on the day we requested and everything was of good quality. We are delighted with the finished product and would recommend this company .”

“The item arrived in good time and well packaged. The handrail itself had one end partially cut, so when agitating the end gap it would not of been flush. Poor quality control I assume is to blame. I emailed the company about this, and the lack of wall plugs, which was not advertised, and to date the company has not responded to my email. Few days and counting.”

“Shopped around online for stair parts and found Jackson Woodturners had all I needed at a competitive price including the delivery costs. Telephoned to discuss a specific delivery day prior to ordering online and found them very obliging. Very pleased with the items and the service.”

“Excellent service and prompt dispatch of goods by Jackson Woodturners. Only negative is (not JW's fault) the appallingly inept pefrormance of their carrier (Tuffnels). Suggest you look at a review site like Trust Pilot - my experience exactly mirrors the myriad of one star reviews posted there about this delivery company. That aside, would definately reccomend Jackson Woodturners.”
