Luckily the woman I spoke to was very knowledgable and helpful, so I altered my order and took her advice. The order was delivered very quickly and everything looks great. Very competitive price. “Very good service, package arrived safely. I would like to point out that if you have ordered end caps on the 54mm mop stick, the instructions say to use a 2mm drill bit to screw in the end screws. We could not get the screws in at all, and didn't want to risk snapping them. We used a 4.5mm drill hole in the end. Which then we were able to screw them in fairly easily and still held in really tightly. Make sure you Hoover out debris from the holes after drilling, also hole size might differ if you have hard or soft wood. So try different sized drill bits as you go. Overall really lovely finish. We used a stained wax by applying with a cloth. Be warned you have to work really quickly as the colour and wax soaks in fast and could lead to uneven coverage of stain.”

Read the instructions completely first, measure two, three, four times and cut once is our advice and you cannot go wrong.
