“Superb product, swiftly delivered!”

“Products very good quality, our primed spindles were very well covered and almost could get away with not painting them. Quick delivery, my only quibble is packaging. One spindle box was badly damaged, we didn’t report it as we had ordered a few extra spindles so the damaged ones we didn’t need and we were in a rush to fit the bannisters. They could be protected by a thin wooden board layer under the cardboard, as couriers are never careful with their loads and this would reduce damages. Also little chips throughout the primes spindles, so maybe look at wrapping each spindle in the tissue sheets not just a few throughout the boxes. Can’t fault the products in terms of quality though, we’ve had lots of compliments on the new bannisters. Would use this company again.”

“Everything you need but if you just want a single item you are crippled by delivery charge which makes you want to go elsewhere along with the fact that VAT is not shown until checkout so the price goes up considerably again making you look elsewhere.”

Our prices are shown on the website with VAT applied. We offer a sliding scale on our postage charge which can be view on the website prior to ordering and is automatically applied when you go to your basket, before you checkout. The order you placed was for multiple items including a length up to 4.2mtrs long. https://www.jacksonwoodturners.co.uk/delivery

“Excellent quality and arrived on the day we requested”

“I messed up my initial order, not ordering enough spindles and brackets, so needed extra ones quite quickly so the builders could finish the job. When I called, the ladies could not have been more helpful, arranging a delivery for Monday (today is Thursday). My original order of handrails, base rails and newel posts arrived quickly and safely, being well packaged and there was no damage. I cannot rate this company highly enough, they’re great, and would have now hesitation in recommending them.”
