“Ordered stair parts online in the evening and was phoned the next morning to confirm delivery. I had to change delivery address at the last minute, all went well with no problems. Parts I needed where the cheepest price I could find with the delivery cost. All in all a good service and would use Jackson Woodturners again.”

“Very disappointing and very poor experience with Jackson wood turners. Order wasn't delivered when suppose to be. Waiting in all day for no reason. Customer service team was very unhelpful and very rude when I spoke to them about my order. Spoke to me as if I was stupid. They didn't even seem bothered my order didn't arrive when it was meant to. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone who want a overall good service.”

“We were trying to re-do a stair case banister that been put in all wrong. First I spoke to a most helpful girl, very polite and also knew a lot about banisters. Paying by phone was made easy and within a couple of days the banisters arrived, very well packed and of excellent quality. It is so nice to find a company that gives such good service.”

“Recently bought an oak mopstick handrail with brushed nickel brackets and end caps.Delighted with the look, feel and quality of it. Had an issue initially with TNT on delivery (not Jacksons fault ), but Jacksons really helpful at fixing the problem quickly. I would recommend and use Jacksons again when required.”
