“If an item is not held in stock then it should say so on the website along with an estimate of how long it takes Jackson Woodburners to receive the item and then deliver it. This would help when customers are planning delivery date & time and arranging workmen to fit the item.”

“Very pleased with the Oak Mopstick Handrail Scroll ends. They really do enhance the look of the Oak handrails I installed. Well worth the money. Delivered on time and well wrapped. Decided to use the Gorilla bonding agent on installation instead of dowling and this proved to be excellent. Very satisfied with everything.”
