“I bought fusion balustrades and handrail. This is a diy venture so after checking out the items on line I rang them to ensure I had the right dimensions and correct items to do the job. The person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous and his information and manner was instrumental in me going ahead with the purchase. The items are excellent quality and they arrived very quickly and on the day I specified at checkout. I haven't put these up yet but I am confident that things should go well. After the landing balustrades the next job will be the spindles up the stairs and I will not be bothering to search the net I'll go straight back to Jackson woodturners and I would recommend anyone to do the same.”

“Very pleased with our purchase, arrived ok , well wrapped and in tacked, can't wait to install the said item.only down side was the wait for the delivery as no specified time or even just an am delivery or pm delivery would be ok. Would definitely use again and recommend them”

“I ordered my stair parts on line for my showroom I requested a 3/4 day delivery. Jacksons delivered spot on time I have used Jacksons before. I've just openened a joinery showroom in hackney and we will be showing Jackson products to our clients Jacksons are reliable first class service that is what I need from taking order to delivery this will work for my company I highly recommend Jacksons product and service thanks Jimmys joinery”
