“Although not the cheapest, this is a really good supplier. The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately their national carriers (local to us in South Wales) branch failed to deliver on the agreed date and caused us no end of trouble. They even tried to say they had delivered it when they knew they hadn't.”

“Service was great with very polite staff . My items were delivered when they said and at a reasonable price. Well packaged for protection. Its a shame that whoever packed the 4.2 metre handrail didn't check it first, it is warped and twisted, not sure if it is usable or just an expensive piece of firewood.”

“I am delighted with my mop oak handrail - and the brackets and end caps. It is already fitted and looks so good that my neighbour, Margaret, on inspecting it, has decided to order one for herself when she decorates shortly. i cannot say more!!”
