“I accidentally ordered incompatible spindles for the banister and the customer support called me before the order was shipped to find out if I’d made a mistake. They easily amended the order and the products were received swiftly and in good condition. I’d highly recommend.”

“I would give 5 stars for value, ease of ordering and delivery. However out of 33 spindles 5 were either warped, dented or split. Thankfully I had ordered surplus so the job wasn't delayed.”

In relation to the spindles, I am sorry to hear that 5 of them arrived damaged. We are always more than happy to either replace any damaged items or refund you. It seems that you have already completed the job so if you would like to send me a picture of the damaged spindles by e mail, I will be more than happy to refund you for the damaged items.
