“I have never used Jacksons but I found them to be excellent on price and service, one of the walnut base rails came damaged but a big sticker on each of the packages said report damage before signing, i did this with the delivery driver who seemed really miserable, i guess it must effect him when its his fault loading which was not evident after I took my delivery he moved the rest to the back of the lorry and not carefully ! I guess its all paid per delivery and go as fast as the truck will let you !”

“I came across this company during an internet search and they had just what I was looking for (Handrail, base rail and spindles in white) They were most helpful and offered great advice when I contacted them by telephone. Even though I did not know this company I placed the order trusting my instinct. My order was delivered the following day even though I live approx. 50 miles away and the delivery charges were excellent. The stair parts were of a very high standard and I am very pleased with them. More importantly, so is my wife. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.”

“Overall I am very happy with my purchase . The only negative point I would make is that it is lucky I ordered the 4.2m handrail instead of the 3.6m handrail as during delivery something very heavy must have fell on to my purchase in the van and made a sizeable dent on the handrail and it was only an inch away from being ruined. Perhaps fragile stickers to let couriers know to take more care with people's purchases would help”
