“I have used Jackson Woodturners many times over the years and I've never had any problems. This is the first time I have had anything delivered from them because it was too long to fit in my van and the goods arrived exactly on time. All the materials were very well protected with bubble wrap and so there were no nasty surprises when it was unpacked. 10/10”

“Ordered stair parts online in the evening and was phoned the next morning to confirm delivery. I had to change delivery address at the last minute, all went well with no problems. Parts I needed where the cheepest price I could find with the delivery cost. All in all a good service and would use Jackson Woodturners again.”

“Very disappointing and very poor experience with Jackson wood turners. Order wasn't delivered when suppose to be. Waiting in all day for no reason. Customer service team was very unhelpful and very rude when I spoke to them about my order. Spoke to me as if I was stupid. They didn't even seem bothered my order didn't arrive when it was meant to. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone who want a overall good service.”

“All I can say is excellent. this is the second time I have used this company and both times I've received great quality stair parts. The price is very fair as well. “We were trying to re-do a stair case banister that been put in all wrong. First I spoke to a most helpful girl, very polite and also knew a lot about banisters. Paying by phone was made easy and within a couple of days the banisters arrived, very well packed and of excellent quality. It is so nice to find a company that gives such good service.”

“Although the item turned up very quickly, it was damaged. I contacted them by email within moments of it arriving to inform them and I have not even had an acknowledgement. This was 3 days ago. Very disappointed”

“Ordering very easy with very large choice of options for item purchased. Very helpful over the 'phone and were happy to amend my order. Delivery was very quick and the item was wrapped in hard packaging and bubble wrap despite being over 4 m long. Would certainly use Jackson Woodturners again.”
