“Found all the products we required on this site, easy to use and easy to chop n change what you needed, our only negative point was that we forgot too add one particular bracket and to order this was nearly fifty pounds with the £15 pounds delivery charge however we managed to find what we needed on ebay and £14 cheaper including the postage. Overall though a one stop shop for all you need but a review of delivery charges on small items is a must.”

“Lucy was very helpful and knowledgable. Maybe website could link the rails to the brackets and end caps to make selection easier. That was main reason for call and not ordering on line. That said everything went well and delivery instructions followed to the letter. Overall a great service and product.”

“The sales team were fantastic, providing superb advise on the choice of parts and after lots of calls back and forth with fitter they still managed to get it out to me in two days. The only reason the rating was Good instead of very good was the damaged delivery. It looked like the courier had actually driven over one of the packages but fortunately there was only a small bit of damage to one of the newel posts. I think is was luck the products were packaged so well, it looks like a hurricane had ripped through the back of the courier's vehicle.”

“The products seem excellent, but are as yet unfitted. The advice my husband got was great. The delivery service totally let it down! Paid for 8-12pm delivery, was around 3pm which totally messed up my other plans for the day!”

“Ordered some bits for new stairs, very fast delivery and great quality goods. Decided to cancel long awaited other part with someone else and bingo another super fast delivery at half the price. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“The spindles I ordered were delivered on time and I was really impressed with the quality of the product. I purchased the primed stop chamfer spindles and this saved lots of time undercoating. Everything you could at a competitive price. I Would recommend Jackson Woodturners and would use them again.”

“I have used Jackson Woodturners many times over the years and I've never had any problems. This is the first time I have had anything delivered from them because it was too long to fit in my van and the goods arrived exactly on time. All the materials were very well protected with bubble wrap and so there were no nasty surprises when it was unpacked. 10/10”
