“Excellent products and service, but to pay £18 delivery change for a £49 products it is a rip-off. I've even tried to ask them only to pack, so my courier will collect NOT POSSIBLE was told. Will I shop again may be yes if the delivery issue is sorted... IGY”

“Wanted an oak square acorn cap for garden post ( 90mm ), but delivery charge appeared to be ~£ 15 min. ,which was more than the oak cap ( £11.99 ). Phoned supplier and helpful gent said delivery would be much less - £4.50. Placed order and am delighted with quality and value of oak cap - looks superb, in my opinion ! However, suggest you make delivery charges clearer in literature on-line, as some potential customers could be put off when purchasing small items. Dr. Ken Salmon”

“On every occasion I've used Jackson Woodturners the products ordered were sent correct, very well packaged, on time and of good quality too. On the rare occasion when items were damaged or poorer quality, they were rectified without hesitation. Highly Reccommend. Gary Drake. Carpenter/Joiner”
