“Wanted an oak square acorn cap for garden post ( 90mm ), but delivery charge appeared to be ~£ 15 min. ,which was more than the oak cap ( £11.99 ). Phoned supplier and helpful gent said delivery would be much less - £4.50. Placed order and am delighted with quality and value of oak cap - looks superb, in my opinion ! However, suggest you make delivery charges clearer in literature on-line, as some potential customers could be put off when purchasing small items. Dr. Ken Salmon”

“Found all the products we required on this site, easy to use and easy to chop n change what you needed, our only negative point was that we forgot too add one particular bracket and to order this was nearly fifty pounds with the £15 pounds delivery charge however we managed to find what we needed on ebay and £14 cheaper including the postage. Overall though a one stop shop for all you need but a review of delivery charges on small items is a must.”

“The sales team were fantastic, providing superb advise on the choice of parts and after lots of calls back and forth with fitter they still managed to get it out to me in two days. The only reason the rating was Good instead of very good was the damaged delivery. It looked like the courier had actually driven over one of the packages but fortunately there was only a small bit of damage to one of the newel posts. I think is was luck the products were packaged so well, it looks like a hurricane had ripped through the back of the courier's vehicle.”
