“After searching for several months for resin reclining garden chairs, I was pleasantly surprised to find them at Jack's Garden Stores, and as an added bonus, I was able to find the foot rests to match. Jo was very helpful in taking my order, and they all arrived within two days. All I want now is the good weather to sit on my patio. Many thanks for the excellent service, and I shall certainly recommend Jack's to all my friends. June - Rickmansworth.”

“Phone call to arrange delivery was done next day. They delayed my delivery until a date better for me. The delivery turned up on that date with a very helpful friendly driver. All communications were answered very quickly!!! What else could you ask for?? This is the easiest Internet order I have ever had. Thank you so much!!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.”

“Delivered promptly but would have benefited from pre notification of arrival date. The goods were as described but one or two very minor nit picking matters left me feeling the table and chair set was perhaps not first quality . Notwithstanding, for the value I am pleased with the purchase.”

“Shed as good as expected. Excellent communication as far as delivery date was concerned but, for some reason, the delivery men did not know that our car park has a different post code to the house despite the fact that it was pointed out at least twice. Hence the four stars. Of course, may not be Jack's Garden Store mistake?”

“I was happy with the final service (Jacks Garden Stores themselves were brilliant) but the customer care line I spoke to re my order told me lies and stated that the driver would be contactable with regards the time of delivery. When I spoke to the depot they told me absolutely not contactable!. I was also not contacted one hour before delivery (which I was told I would be) as I would have been at home at the time.”
