“Our arbour arrived exactly when we were expecting it. It did need a little tweaking to erect it, but it is everything we expected and more - a real focal point in our newly constructed garden.”

“Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately the table I ordered was supplied substandard by the manufacturer. I won't try to describe the saga that took place by the manufacturer/supplier suffice to say it beggars belief how they stay in business. However on contacting Joanna in customer services she sorted it all, keeping me informed all the time. I can honestly say that I cannot remember the last time I received such truly fantastic service and will not hesitate in using Jack's garden store again”

“After searching the net for garden furniture, Jack's garden store is where I found the best deal, service and after care. No problem was too big for them and any correspondence made was handled with great care and curtsey. I will definitely shop here first for any future buys. A 5* rating! :)”

“Excellent customer service , questions answered promptly , delivery excellent and well wrapped , by courteous delivery man . Only problem , no notification from delivery company that the item was coming , had just got in from shopping and the truck arrived , all's well that ends well . Thanks to everybody concerned”

“The Customer service is first class. I live in the North of Scotland, and spent a lot of time looking for Garden Furniture suitable for the conditions here. It was by chance I found Jacks,... AND WHAT A FIND!!. The price was very good compared to what the stores here were charging, and delivery was quick, probably quicker than If I had ordered it in this area. As for Jo the lady who dealt with my order she is so helpful and such a Gem. Thank you Jacks.”
