“Excellent customer care yet again from Jack's garden centre, deliveries were prompt and efficient and everyone we spoke to to make the arrangements was very helpful and friendly. The only negative comment we have is that in a few places the instructions for our sentry box shed were incorrect, but with a little common sense it was still very easy to put together and the materials themselves are very good quality. Very satisfied customer.”

“excellent value and delivery as stated, with email on ordering and further emails from delivery company. Table delivered in good condition at time stated. Unlike a similar item we ordered elsewhere that was stated to be arriving yesterday but never got here and the company have had to be contacted even to get any information re delivery. Jack's store will be revisited. The personal touch of as follow-up letter with fridge magnet gift adds to my satisfaction”

“Loved the actual letter I received from Jo, including a sweet fridge magnet! Their service is second to none...friendly, funny and delightful. I ordered a garden arch which turned out to be EXACTLY what I imagined and...delivered on time. What more can I say?....other than, this is the first time I've ever filled in one of these feedback reviews, and I shop online a lot.”

“Very pleased with the service and customer care offered after having tried to order through another company. The on-line ordering was simple and immediately confirmed by email. This was followed up by a personal phone call to confirm delivery date and time so I cannot fault the service .Would definitely use again for further orders”

“Good quality product (garden table with seating), although some of the holes weren't drilled through as well as I would have liked and the instructions needed some imagining to make them work. Overall good.”

“I ordered a 175 gallon Norlog pond on Wednesday evening. Communication from Jack's was excellent. The product was despatched on Thursday (Next Day Delivery at no extra charge) It arrived Friday morning. What a great service I will certainly be looking at Jack's website in future. “I ordered a 50 litre pond liner for my wishing well on Saturday. On Monday I received a text to confirm that it would be delivered on Tuesday. It came as promised on Tuesday so I would say the response and delivery was excellent. The liner itself was exactly what I ordered and excellent quality for the price I paid. Overall the service and quality of the product was excellent and very good value for money. I would definitely return to this retailer for future garden products.”

“The Arbour was received at exactly the right time and date agreed, the main part of the arbour is excellent value for money! so no real problems there then. My only gripe is that the roof shiplap jointed wood was put on upside down. This means that when it rains the water goes into the joint instead of past it and onto the next board. When I queried this the upshot from the manufacturer was ‘this is the way it is suppose to be’ in other words ALL the roofs are wrong!. I got nowhere with this and as a result will probably not recommend this manufacturer again. I will be removing and replacing in the correct position the roof slats myself.”
