“Although I haven't put my flatpack arbour together yet, I was very impressed with the delivery which was exactly on time and the driver was very pleasant and put the large and heavy package into the garage for me. He also advised me to assemble it before painting so that if there was problem, Jack's would be able to help, so I am very impressed with the service so far. The arbour looks very solid and sturdy and much better than I was expecting for the price.”

“Searching on the internet is now a common alternative to buying from a store but when purchasing an item that is quite costly and you can't actaully see and touch can be quite a leap of faith. That's where Jack's Garden Store was brilliant!! They gave proffesional advice whilst remaining kind and helpful. They called back when they said they would, unlike some other playhouse suppliers and the product we opted for, my children are delighted with!!! Thank you so much and we will definitely recommend you to our friends.”

“Purchased a gazebo, made phone call first staff were very helpful. Long lead time 6 weeks or so, but arrived on open back truck & driver with the help of my husband unloaded it. As pictured so pleased with purchase.”

“I ordered a storemore metal shed. It came when they said and I had it erected in around a day. Service was top notch and Joanna who I dealt with there was fantastic. Can't remember if it was apparent on the website but they gave me a very good shipping quote for Northern Ireland so was happy to go with them. Highly recommended.”

“We are very pleased with our potting cum garden shed. We employed someone to put it up though; we couldn't have done it ourselves but then we're not DIYers!! The instructions were clear and all the bits, screws etc were present.”

“I ordered a wooden garden swing seat which was delivered in my absence and looks okay. I haven't been able to assemble it as yet, as I had completely underestimated the size of the concrete area on which the seat will be placed (which is not large enough!) - that's a woman thing! So there's some serious digging to be done before I can enjoy the seat. Hey ho!”
