“Had to chase up for delivery, which was in hands of outside supplier of the bench I had order. Assembly was very difficult indeed and resulted in the flimsy Allen key twisting up like a cork screw during assembly process. But once assembled, bench appears to be made of good materials and is comfortable and attractive.”

“I cannot say anything other than "excellent". I originally ordered a pair of garden chairs from Garden Furniture World over a week ago. They took my money, and I waited and waited, and heard nothing. I had to telephone them waiting on the line for over 15 minutes before I was actually put through to anyone. After investigation I was told that they were out of stock, and had I not phoned I (and actually they) would be the none the wiser. I promptly cancelled the order and asked for a refund to my card which I was told would take 3 - 5 days. I then found "JACK'S GARDEN STORE" who had similar chairs with free delivery. I telephoned just to make sure they had them in stock and got straight through to a very helpful lady who assured me they were in She told me I should receive them in the next few days. But they arrived the next day and I am really pleased with them. I would certainly recommend this Jack's Garden Store. What a difference to the Company I mentioned above, and reading other reviews many other customers experienced the same problems as me.”

“Top class product or match the top class service received. From the very outset dealing with this company (Jo in particular) was an absolute pleasure. No issue was too difficult for the company to deal with including shipping the products to Ireland. I would have no hesitation in recommending their products and services - all I need now is good weather to enjoy my new garden furniture. Keep up the good work !!!!”
